Data Exchange Claims to be the world's largest collection of energy
literature, with more than 3.8 million abstracted and indexed records,
updated twice monthly. Mainly seems to be concerned with energy production

Enhanced capital allowances:
provide a very marginal tax benefit for companies investing in
certain approved energy-saving technologies. The technology list is worthwhile consulting.
But if you don't pay income/corporation tax, or don't make a profit, or your accountant's
time costs a lot, the tax break won't help much. It's easier just to treat your energy-saving
