I have been engaged to write the first draft of a European standard on energy
"audits" (in the sense of surveys or assessments in pursuit of
energy-saving project opportunities).
We are starting with a preliminary state-of-the-art study inviting input from around the world. You can view the ongoing work and submit comments on anything you see, which I would encourage you to do. I would like to acknowledge the contribution of the Energy Services and Technology Association who have kindly funded the early stages of research and drafting.
